The Intelligence Insider
Christopher Mellon served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence under Presidents Clinton and George W. Bush, giving him deep access to the intelligence community's most sensitive programmes. After leaving government, Mellon became one of the most credible and persistent advocates for UAP transparency, using his connections and credibility to push the subject into mainstream policy discussion.
Mellon was a key architect of the 2017 New York Times story on AATIP, working with Elizondo and journalist Leslie Kean to arrange the publication of the three UAP videos. He joined To The Stars Academy as a strategic adviser.
Policy Impact
Mellon has been instrumental in drafting and advocating for legislation requiring the military to report UAP encounters. He has argued consistently that the evidence suggests a genuine national security threat that the government has failed to address transparently, and that the data collected by military systems points to objects with capabilities beyond anything in the known human inventory.
