The Wilson-Davis Memo

Dr. Eric Davis is a theoretical physicist affiliated with EarthTech International and the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin. He became a central figure in UAP disclosure in 2019 when a document — known as the "Wilson-Davis Memo" — leaked online purporting to be notes from a 2002 meeting between Davis and Admiral Thomas Wilson, then director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. The document describes Wilson being denied access to a classified programme involving recovered non-human craft.

Davis has neither confirmed nor denied the document's authenticity. Multiple intelligence insiders have described it as genuine. If authentic, it represents the most direct documentary evidence of a secret U.S. crash retrieval programme.

AATIP Work

Davis was a contractor for AATIP and authored technical reports — including one on "Traversable Wormholes, Stargates, and Negative Energy" — commissioned by the Defence Intelligence Agency and later partially declassified. His work bridges theoretical physics and UAP investigation in ways that few other scientists have attempted.
