The Phenomenon

James Fox is a documentary filmmaker whose work has secured testimony from some of the most credible and senior figures in UAP history. His most acclaimed film, The Phenomenon (2020), features interviews with former President Clinton's Chief of Staff John Podesta, former Arizona Governor Fife Symington, and multiple government officials and military pilots — representing the highest-level on-camera testimony ever assembled for a UAP documentary.

Fox also organised the 2007 National Press Club event at which retired military personnel from multiple countries presented simultaneous testimony about UAP encounters — one of the most significant public UAP events in modern history.
